Project Scope
Project ScopCBC Group is contracted to deliver essential safety and capital works services for one of Victoria’s largest public health networks. This contract covers the management of fire safety systems and building compliance across five major hospitals and more than 20 healthcare sites. The scope is to maintain safe, fully compliant environments for patients, staff, and visitors through a proactive and integrated approach to essential safety measures (ESM). In addition to routine compliance services, the contract also includes capital works support, ensuring the facilities are not only safe but also functionally modern and aligned with long-term operational needs.
