CBC was established in 1993. Initially concentrating on construction projects, the business quickly grew through recommendation.

A major contract for the Sydney Harbour Foreshore saw CBC move into the specialist field of conservation and heritage services. Contracts for several major large-scale facilities management and maintenance contracts followed including more government departments across NSW, ACT and VIC. Our areas of expertise broadened to include housing, aged care, education, and justice. Later, we added juvenile justice, corrections, housing and defence contracts.

CBC now manages a significant network of both public and private sector assets including several government department contracts and large-scale aged care facilities.

CBC was awarded our first major transport contract in 2013, with Sydney Airport Ltd. CBC remains proudly family-owned.
