Our management team

We are a medium-sized, family-owned business. Our small, close-knit management group have all been with the company for many years. Many of our head office team have also been with us for many years.

Our structure means our local teams have the autonomy to make decisions quickly and act on them. Our clients have constant access to our head office management team at all times, and an open, transparent communication with our regional and local teams. This means we deliver a responsiveness that we believe is second to none.

As well as their own specialist areas of expertise, all of our management team carry relevant, current certifications in the areas of WHS/OHS supervision and have extensive project management experience.

A leadership group comprising core personnel representing WHSE, compliance, accounts, HR and facilities managers supports management.

Ermond Morelli - CBC Group

Ermond has over 35 years’ experience in the Building and Construction Industry. Since 1993 Ermond has been Managing Director of CBC Facilities Maintenance Pty Ltd. Ermond is responsible for management of day to day operations of CBC.

Ermond is highly respected as Managing Director and interacts with all CBC personnel on a daily basis. He is actively involved in the running of CBC’s current maintenance contracts and often provides on-site supervision for specialist and/or high priority jobs. His involvement in the daily running of the company inspires staff and encourages them to remain actively involved in their work. Ermond holds a Diploma in Building and Construction , has been a member of the Master Builders Association since 1992 where for several years was elected on the State Committee.

Richard Greedy - CBC Group

Richard’s vast experience in the management of large scale Construction and Facilities Maintenance, together with his approachable nature and strong communication skills, means he delivers exceptional leadership to our team and is great at stakeholder management. Richard is particularly experienced at delivering aged care facility refurbishments and upgrade projects. He holds a Builders License, Bonded Asbestos Sheet Removal Certificate and Project Management Certificate IV.

Adam has over 15 years leadership experience with CBC in the facilities management and maintenance industry. Adam’s understanding of the industry is a great support to CBC’s growth and innovation strategies of facilities maintenance services. As a key leader within CBC, Adam is responsible for driving national and international activities related to securing and executing major contracts. Adam has extensive experience leading CBC in providing facilities maintenance across all sectors with a key focus on delivering a high standard of service to our clients.
