CBC’s state-of-the-art Professional Services Call Centre operates 24/7 and is staffed around the clock by personnel highly skilled and experienced in Facilities Maintenance and Construction. This ensures our operators ask the right questions to fully understand the problem before deciding on the best solution. Our operators manage each job until completed and provide constant progress reports to our Site Staff and Project Manager.
Our operators are supported by sophisticated IT tools that enable them to instantly identify and view a full history of any specific asset and location. This information is instantly transmitted on-site to enable more expedient and accurate service delivery to ensure the problem is quickly fixed first time and without delays.
Our people and our technology guarantee an unrivalled level of customer service together with significant time and cost savings for our clients. Each call out is supported by our Contractor Call Line which requires our contractors, subcontractors and site supervisors to ‘log on’ and ‘log off’ every time they enter or leave a site location. They are required to log off for both complete and incomplete works enabling us to accurately track every job.
